The cat gaps, stated plainly

Several figures on this site exist only for dogs because that is all the sources publish: cat-specific X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI ranges, a cleaning-only dental range, and a cat routine-bloodwork range were not found in any published source we could open and read. They are shown above as "not published" rather than filled with the dog numbers. Cat figures that do exist are thinner — often a single average (dental $430, cystotomy $2,096) instead of a range — because insurers publish fewer cat breakdowns.
